By accessing and using Quivor ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Quivor is a professional data platform that provides skip tracing and data search services. Quivor is not a consumer reporting agency and does not provide consumer reports. Our service is designed for legitimate business purposes and must be used in compliance with all applicable laws.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of account information
• All activities that occur under their account
• Ensuring all information provided is accurate and current
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Quivor for:

• Any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• Violating any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• Harassment, abuse, insulting, harming, defaming, slandering, disparaging, intimidating, or discriminating
• Submitting false or misleading information
• Uploading or transmitting viruses or any other type of malicious code

5. Data Use Restrictions and Legal Compliance

Quivor is not a consumer reporting agency and does not provide consumer reports. You understand and agree that you cannot use any information from Quivor to determine someone's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing, or any purpose that is covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. 1681 et seq., as now or hereafter amended.

You agree that you will only use our service in accordance with this agreement and applicable laws, including compliance with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, 15 U.S.C. 6801 et seq., the Driver's Privacy Protection Act, 18 U.S.C. 2721 et seq., and all other applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Quivor makes no representation or warranty about the accuracy of the information provided or the character or integrity of any person about whom you inquire. Information may contain inaccuracies, be incomplete, or not be associated with the person in the report. The information provided should not be used as a substitute for your own due diligence.

6. Payment and Subscription Terms

Our service is offered at $99/month with the following terms:

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Accounts may be suspended for non-payment

7. Data Accuracy and Disclaimers

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, Quivor makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the data provided. Users should independently verify all information.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Quivor, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or special damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
